Sizing
Our sizing follows EU sizing standards. On each product page you will find fit details specific to the style, and a size conversion chart. If you need extra measurements or assistance, please reach out and we would be happy to help.
Payments
Payments are made securely through Squarespace Payments, which is run on the Stripe platform. If the payment was successful, you will receive a confirmation to the email address supplied during the checkout process. If you have not received an email, please check your spam inbox before getting in touch. Partial payments will not be accepted.
Prices are displayed in GBP, and payments are also processed in GBP. For currency conversion fees and up-to-date conversion rates, please contact your bank.
Shipping
We ship internationally from the UK using DHL. See below for a guide to shipping rates and delivery timeframes, or enter your address in checkout for a reliable cost. If your country does not appear in checkout, please send us an email.
EU & UK: Express Delivery, 3-4 Working Days
Rest of World: Standard Delivery, 7-10 Working Days
Once your order has been paid and prepared by our team, you will receive an email from us confirming that your shipment has been dispatched, along with your DHL tracking details. Upon entering your country, these details may change and DHL is responsible for this information. If you notice a delay in your shipment, please check with DHL to see if there is any more information they can provide before notifying us.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, and will assist you as best we can to communicate with the postal service within the UK.
Additional Taxes and Duties
All shipments are processed and dispatched from the UK. For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, duties and taxes may apply. Each country has its own regulations and thresholds on taxable items. Please contact your local customs office to advise on any fees or customs processes within your destination.
We are not responsible for the payment of these duties or fees. By law, we cannot alter the order value on commercial invoices, as we are required to comply with all international import/export regulations.
Exchanges or Returns
We wish for you to be as comfortable as possible in your new Esther Leonard shoes. Please keep in mind that as our footwear is made with quality and longevity in mind, they may take some wearing in to soften and form a comfortable bond with your foot.
We ask that you try on footwear on a rug or carpet as we cannot accept exchanges or returns on items that have been scuffed, damaged or worn. The item must also be returned in the original shoe box.
If you do wish to exchange or return your purchase, please make sure to notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at hello@estherleonard.com for next steps.
Due to the nature of being a small business, we regret that we cannot offer free shipment on returns or exchanges, and any costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
I have received the wrong order or my item is damaged..
If you have received the wrong order, please contact us at hello@estherleonard.com within 72 hours of receiving the parcel. If the complaint is valid, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return that covers return expenses.
If you receive your item and something is damaged, please take a photo immediately and let us know at hello@estherleonard.com, and we will open a case with the courier company for compensation.
